For many, the festive season is a time of food, celebrations, social interaction, and hype. Coupled with the continuous demands of work and life, such periods can sometimes leave us feeling drained, and some of us may even struggle to get a breather. A quiet life is created from the inside out, and not the other way around. Let's try to find out how.
Falling silent, also known as the effective pause, is a powerful tool to use during interpersonal communication. It is a skill in which you intentionally create a void in the dialogue, before or after saying something meaningful, to entice the other side to continue talking and perhaps expound on a point they were trying to make.

The First Singaporean to Space Endeavor has been widely covered in the media leading up to the event on 15th May 2018 in Alice Springs, Australia.
he Media team, made up of mostly volunteers, together with Cpt. Patsy (one of the selected candidate) at the unveiling of Singapore's First Spacesuit at National Library on 6th Apr 2018.
There was also the search for those willing to risk their lives to undertake this historic mission. More than 150 applied and 26 were later shortlisted. But there can only be one.
